Terms of service

By submitting payment to The Financial Healer, you acknowledge and agree to the following payment terms regardless of the payment method used.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • Stripe

  • Zelle

  • Cash App

  • Afterpay

  • Other approved third-party processors

All payments are subject to these Terms of Service.

Non-Refundable & Final Sale Policy

All payments made through Stripe, Zelle, Cash App, Afterpay, or any other processor are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once payment is submitted:

  • No refunds

  • No cancellations

  • No reversals

  • No exchanges

This applies even if services are partially used, delayed due to client inaction, or results differ from expectations.

Authorization & Consent

By completing your payment, you:

  • Authorize The Financial Healer to charge the selected payment method

  • Confirm you are the authorized cardholder or account holder

  • Acknowledge receipt of and agreement to all Terms, Refund Policy, and Service Disclosures

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks, reversals, or disputes are a violation of our Terms.

We will contest all disputes using:

  • Proof of service delivery

  • Signed agreements or checkout confirmations

  • Digital access logs and communication records

Chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Permanent denial of future services

  • Additional administrative or recovery fees where permitted

Zelle & Cash App Payments

Payments made via Zelle or Cash App are considered person-to-business transfers and are:

  • Instant

  • Irreversible

  • Non-disputable

Once sent, funds cannot be recalled under any circumstances.

Afterpay Installments

If you select Afterpay, you agree to:

  • Complete all scheduled installment payments

  • Remain responsible for the full balance even if services are paused or terminated

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • Service suspension

  • Account termination

  • Collection efforts via Afterpay

Payment Failure & Default

If a payment fails, is reversed, or disputed:

  • Services may be paused or terminated immediately

  • Access to materials or accounts may be revoked

Outstanding balances remain due.

Acknowledgment

By submitting payment, you confirm:

  • You understand these payment terms

  • You accept the non-refundable nature of all purchases

  • You waive the right to dispute or charge back payments
